Should not be: Urine contains fibrinolysins which dissolve small clots so scabs following biopsy, this are usually dissolves them. Clots can occur if there is significant bleeding after a bladder biopsy. Urologists invariably cauterize any bleeding vessels at the biopsy site if bleeding is present after biopsy which usually takes care of the problem..
