Not a problem: They can be burned off or treated with topical chemicals. They can be quite itchy but are not dangerous. You're free to keep enjoying your body. Wash your hands after to keep from passing the infection.

It will generally self heal over a 6m to 1 yr period.You likely got some virus on your fingers and transferred it to your penis. It can spread with trauma. Some are using mild steroid cream to speed cure but results are inconsistent.Application of wart destroying chemicals is painful and leaves scars.Most leave it alone.
