IBS: Irritable bowel syndrome have no inflammation. Duodenitis means inflammation of duodenum. There should be another cause for the duodenitis.

IBS: Irritable bowel syndrome does not cause duodenitis. However, inflammatory bowel syndrome can cause duodenitis. You should see a gastroenterologist to properly assess you for duodenitis.
