Any tips on helping with ibs. its been really bad lately and my medicine only helps so much and im in constant vite of pain. please help cause im overthinking something else is wrong?

Need evaluation: If your symptoms have worsened you need an evaluation with your gastroenterologist ideally or pediatrician who are well aware of your medical history and previous drugs tried. Assuming that all symptoms are due to irritable bowel will be risky and in person evaluation is needed in order to formulate a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
