Can i just stop taking zolpidem ? i feel it may be causing too many undesirable side effects . any anxiety meds that help induce sleep? :/

Yes but: The bad effects you are probably having are more likely due to the Isotretinoin that is a really bad drug. If you stop that drug , you will be able to stop all of the meds listed above with out a problem and you will feel better.

Quite a few: Many antianxiety medications can induce sleep. You will have to find out whether or not sleep induction is the key since many of these can worsen sleep quality. Consider nonmedication in the form of biofeedback or cognitive behavioral therapy. Zolpidem is generally considered safe to stop abruptly but this does not mean sleep will not return to more fragmented.
