2 Little, 2 Much: Mirtazapine at low doses should help with sleep; perhaps higher does of the sertraline and amitriptyline might better control your anxiety, depression and nerve pain. The mix of meds you are taking might be simplified if they were prescribed at therapeutic dosing.
