It could: The calcium in milk could stimulate gastric acid secretion and, worse, the milk interferes with absorption of iron. The treatment for hypotension is to push fluids, trying drink 6-8 liters a day and eat a liberalized salt diet: 6-8 grams of sodium daily. The usual treatment for gastritis is avoidance of nsaids and use of h2 antagonists or ppis.

No.: Hypotension is low blood pressure. The milk should be soothing to the stomach and the iron is to help replace any blood you lost. Maybe the low blood pressure is normal for you, or did you lose a lot of blood?
