Of course. The issue: is the situation & wisdom of doing so. Iron. Like everything else within our body, in excess, is also toxic/fatal. For iron, this is called hemochromatosis & results in multiple organ damage. Thus, most OTC supplements are weak/low-dose; often not effective if iron stores are very low. So bigger issue: what is the concern & reason for the concern? Physicians can potentially help you sort this out.
