Abdominal pain/fever: Unfortunately, your presentation is very limited in detail and when you're saying "all tests", it varies in your and mine understanding as to what specific tests have been done. More information will be helpful.

FUO: From what you said , diagnosis fever of unknown origin comes to mind (fuo), in this condition, indeed, work up is un revealing. Supportive care is provided in those cases until fever resolves. Additional details however points to possibility of sepsis. Antibiotics might be given at judgement of treating physician.
