Pain lower left side of abdomen. Swelling in middle of stomach, and lots of pain in upper area. Bp high. Chills, no fever. Uneasy feeling .

Go to ER now: These are symptoms of an infection in your abdomen such as diverticulitis which is an emergency. You need immediate evaluation in an er to determine the cause.
