pain lower left side of abdomen. swelling in middle of stomach, and lots of pain in upper area. bp high. chills, no fever. uneasy feeling .

Go to ER now: These are symptoms of an infection in your abdomen such as diverticulitis which is an emergency. You need immediate evaluation in an er to determine the cause.
