Appendicitis: If you have your appendix, you may not by tomorrow morning. This description sounds very suspicious for acute appendicitis. If you already have fever as you report, you may be close to rupture if not already. You need to get yourself to an emergency room tonight. I'd prefer someone drive you or call ambulance.
