Yes you can: Cetirizine or zyrtec is a very safe medication and you can take it every day for months if it is enough to control your allergy symptoms. Over the counter saline nasal spray or rinse might help your nasal symptoms a bit too. If those are not enough to control your symptoms or you have frequent sinus infections or cold/flu like symptoms, you might need to come see a local allergist to be evaluated.
