No: Also known as sexual headaches, coital cephalalgia is a rare type of severe headache that occurs at base of the skull before orgasm during sexual activity. Lymphedema is swelling due to lymphatic abnormality that is congenital or acquired following surgery or irradiation.

No, : Lymphedema is a disease of the lymphatic channels manifesting as swollen limbs , swelling that starts at the toes level. In any other edema the toes are not involved. To my knowledge and rational reasoning there in no connection between the two as usually coital headache is a separate entity.
