Hi, i have lymphedema. i have swelling in my legs. is it good to be active and walk around or should i sit for awhile, and keep my feet elevated? thank you?

"Swelling in legs" may be caused by heart disease, so obtain a referral to a cardiologist for an exam and further testing.

Yes it is good to walk wearing support stockings9 hope they were prescribed) as it helps with lymph circulation. When you sit try to keep limbs elevated for the same reason. Keep well
