Rejection?: I hope your transplant dr is aware of your most recent labs and vitals, as it must be considered rejection-related until verified not. This might be by hydration and repeat testing, ultrasound, or could mean biopsy, depending on how much of a change your creatine and BP underwent. Contact your transplant service.

Elevated creatinine: I am not sure what you mean by "...My sugar glucose and blood pressure". If you have a creatinine (c) that is 2.2 and if that is higher than your previous c, call your transplant doctor to see if your kidney is starting to reject. Your transplant doctor team knows you better than anyone else and i urge you to call them and get their advice. Good luck.
