Blood group O: Just for ABO blood groups a person of Blood type A can receive organ from a donor of blood group A or O. Rh is not relevant. However, there are other criteria that need to be met.

NKF: https://www.kidney.org/transplantation/livingdonors/incompatiblebloodtype This may help understand the ABO system used in transplant. Not all centers may follow this. Remember that ABO may be compatible and yet the cross match may be positive, transplant typing is ABO and then HLA. Best of luck.
