Skin rash on the inside of both my l & r elbows since yesterday.no known allergies prior to this. it's more noticeable after shower. what could it be?

Eczema: Apply vaseline on the 2 areas after showering, and do it on a regular basis, at least 2 times a day, if it does not resolve, you can apply Hydrocortisone on it and if it continues to be a problem, see your doctor for a prescription cream, you may need to be test for allergies ultimately.
