My son had slight swelling in one feet. x -ray normal , ana positive 1;40 and speckled pattern. one leg lost 'fat' but he doesn't feel weakens?

Not normal: How old is the child? Was there a trauma? The ANA result is not helpful. Is the swelling in the joint or foot proper? Does he limp. Does he have fevers? There are many possibilities. Please check with a pediatrician or pediatric rheumatologist if you haven't done so.
