You could try: Oral contraception is a safe choice for contraception. We also have other, newer options ( larc) . Some of those only contain Progesterone avoiding the increased risks of breastcancer and bloodclots (especially if you smoke!) plus they thin your lining in the uterus so you don't need to have periods at all. Essure is a new form of permanent contraception we can do at the office. Ask your doc !
