My niece took 60 of the singulair monalukast 10 mg oral tablets (pills). in case this is needed: she is 54, 132 pounds, 15 years. is this lethal if untreated? im worried. how long will it take before she dies?

Please proceed to the Emergency room and call poison control. This is 60 times the recommended daily dose. Hallucinations, agitation , fever are among possible adverse effects. Watch for these signs and please follow up.
