Not harmful: Strattera (atomoxetine) doesn't injure the heart but can affect the electrical conduction while you're taking it. I see you've had an ekg and, hopefully, that was done after you started strattera (atomoxetine). If not, it should be repeated. Strattera (atomoxetine) interacts with many meds which can affect your heart's conduction so be sure to tell any doctor starting a new med that you're taking it.

Harm from Strattera (atomoxetine): Unless yoiu have an unusual reaction to strattera, (atomoxetine) like an arrhythmia or allergic reaction, the major heart change will be prolonged qt syndrome and excessivly rapid heart rate. The pros - help adhd, mild anxiety relief possible mild anti depressant the dcons - most commonly: sedation, headache, irritability, tachycardia, prolonged qt interval and stomach irritation.
