Likely improve.: Anytime a new medication is started there are potential side effects from the medication. Over time the body will usually adjust to this new medication and if this indeed is the cause your pulse will likely improve. It may not get back to 70 bpm but without significant symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, etc. this is not something to be concerned over.

Probably stay : Since your reaction to drug was this cardiac event, the option is to continue with side effect or take a medication like a beta blocker, to stop unwanted side effects

Possibly.: Strattera is basically an atypical stimulant drug. In some patients we see elevated heart rates go and then after a month or so it returns to normal. In a significant minority, the elevated HR persists. Your HR is not extremely high, so if strattera is working I would give it another month. But if you have chest pain, skipped beat or anything of that nature, immediately consult your doctor.
