See your MD: Nose bleeding can be associated with chronically breathing air that is too dry, to nasal trauma or digital removal of mucus crusts. Also, blood pressure needs to be checked. Some growths in the nose may bleed. You may try saline nasal spray, vasiline to moisturize, but you must see your doctor or ent--(ears, nose, throat doctor). Low platelets may be associated as well.
