Depends: It depends upon the cause of the hypogonadism...If its due to excessive exercise you can cut down on your exercise, if its due to being underweight or having anorexia, counseling and weight gain would help. If its due to something called kallmann's syndrome ( a brain defect) then no.... Speak to your doctor about your cause and see if they have a natural solution.

Perhaps, but depends: For men, hypogonadism may be improved through exercise, good diet, no smoking, reduced alcohol consumption & appropriate weight for height. For women, low percent body fat may result in a loss of ovulation sometimes called hypogonadism so weight gain may help. If the cause is genetic, lh&fsh hormones may be elevated so natural treatments won't work. Discuss with your reproductive endocrinologist.
