Healthy Food!: A 2 year old should have a well-balanced diet consisting of plenty of fresh veggies, dairy products, good sources of protein such as meat, fish and eggs. Fried foods and fatty foods are a no no. Red meat should be minimal. Pepper and garlic are preferable spices than salt. Fast food choices are processed , costly and not as good as home made! good eating habits start at home!
