Ideal dinner: Your calorie count depends on how big a "boy" you are and how heavily you exercise. Avoid the greasy, sugary and very salty stuff. Try for 1 gram of lean protein per pound that you weigh each day if you're going for muscle building. A reasonable mix of the foods that you like will ensure adequate micronutrients; i'll let other physicians here share their thoughts pro-con on meat / fish / fats.
