Concerta effect: The first time you took Concerta it may have been just enouth to give yu=ou an effect and induce liver enzymes that break down concerta. You were on a small dose for someone your age. The second time you may dealing with the induced liver enzymes that make a marginal dose ineffective. Talk to your prescriber about taking a higher dose.
