Change in size: It may have to do with your weight or growth-sometimes if you a little older or weigh more it can alter how your body processes the medication. If Concerta has helped you in the past you may just need a slightly higher dose.

Concerta effect: The first time you took Concerta it may have been just enouth to give yu=ou an effect and induce liver enzymes that break down concerta. You were on a small dose for someone your age. The second time you may dealing with the induced liver enzymes that make a marginal dose ineffective. Talk to your prescriber about taking a higher dose.
