Needs assessment: The primary therapeutic effect of Concerta is for ADD/ADHD. It may have some effect on depression if ADD symptoms and poor work output makes you depressed. Please have a proper assessment done with your doctor so the appropriate drug/s is used to treat you. Such a significant increase and poor response does not seem correct. Hope this helps. Depression could be an addition diagnosis.
