ADHD?: You may not have ADHD or maybe other reasons. Hey psychiatrist should sit down with you to medically evaluate what are the reasons for this. Then the psychiatrist is to supervise to make changes accordingly and to continue to monitor your response. Take care

Needs assessment: The primary therapeutic effect of Concerta is for ADD/ADHD. It may have some effect on depression if ADD symptoms and poor work output makes you depressed. Please have a proper assessment done with your doctor so the appropriate drug/s is used to treat you. Such a significant increase and poor response does not seem correct. Hope this helps. Depression could be an addition diagnosis.
