See physician: Even though you are young problems can still occur with the back. If left leg hurting there is possibility that nerve root is being pressured. This can occur because of protruding disc problem, spinal canal narrowing or congenital abnormality. Should consult physician for physical exam and possibly imaging such as mr examination.
