19 male. my back (lower, mid area) has been bothering me for almost a week. i find it uncomfortable when laying down, no matter what side. it's uncomfortable to sit down unless there's a backrest. nothing else hurts, i don't slouch, no meds?

Back pain: Trauma to the back? previous back issues? If not allergic consider Aleve -220 mg -2 tabs 2 x a day and Tylenol 325 mg 1-2 tabs 3 x a day x 3-5 days. Also consider xray just to check for anything unusual. May have early disc disease , especially if you were involved in sports, could also be constipation, kidney issues are usually right or left ,very rare bone lesion in the back. F/u/ w/ MD
