See doc ASAP: Zits on the nose are very dangerous to tamper with because infection can spread very quickly and can even go to the blood supplying your brain. Please see a doc asap either in the office or through urgent care.

CST: Although rare, cavernous sinus thrombosis is a condition to think about when a patient presets with vague symptoms after manipulating an infected mid-face structure such as a "zit". Initial presenting symptoms can be vague, with headaches reported as the most common. Early treatment with antibiotics can be life saving. See the er doctor asap.
