It would be helpful if you listed the lab's normal values. I think your results show mild iron deficiency, common in menstruating women, elevated antithyroid antibodies with a decrease in free T4 but a normal TSH,so Hashimoto's hasn't resulted in clinical underactive thyroid as yet. Vitamin D level is slightly low for a young woman. As always, your MD who knows you is best to advise you.

You have iron deficiency (low ferritin, MCHC and high TIBC) but you do not have gross anemia yet (normal CBC results). With your abdominal pain, I would suspect you have peptic ulcer disease with some blood loss with iron deficiency as the early sign before overt anemia with low Hb/Hct. You have features of chronic thyroiditis (low FT4 and high Ab) but no gross hypothyroidism yet by TSH level.
