I don’t think that you should be too concerned. The result was not that much lower than the normal range. If you are so still concerned, take blood work up when menstrual cycle has finished for about a week.

All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the results are not a cause for immediate concern. Wish you good health!

It’s important to interpret laboratory evaluation based on the clinical presentation at the time that the labs were drawn, so your doctor is the best person to interpret them. Having said that, the white blood count is likely no concern. See your doctor if you have further questions. Good luck.
