Needs to be checked: It needs to be checked.Need more detailed history as to any discharge from the urethra, any pain while urinating, pain is in one testis or both, and any other associated symptoms and a thorough examination of genitalia and testicles, and may need testing for std, and urine exam. It may be std or due to trauma to the testicles.
