Likely Yes: Pain in the testicles is not a symptom of uti. Sounds like you have epididymitis (appendage of testicle), and most likely due to anal intercourse. It may be std. Go to a doctor asap.

Needs to be checked: It needs to be checked.Need more detailed history as to any discharge from the urethra, any pain while urinating, pain is in one testis or both, and any other associated symptoms and a thorough examination of genitalia and testicles, and may need testing for std, and urine exam. It may be std or due to trauma to the testicles.
