Pain: Unusual to have continued pain for as long as you have had it Have they done an ultrasound of the area. A lot of things can cause the symptoms that you are having but as they have not responded to abx I definitely would push for a further evaluation with blood work and also radiological interventions. Common : Chemical or mild traumatic inflammation of the testicles is very common and can cause intermittent chronic pain. If ultrasound is normal, then no need to worry. It’s not cancer.
