Vasovagal spells: Vasovagal spells are neurologic reflexes (not a disease) that are typical in young people and cause fainting. Typically, people know it's coming, get hot, nauseated, dizzy, and pass out without injury. If this is your description, it's probably what you have. It's hard to prevent but you should discuss it with your doctor.
