Hi yesterday right ear became muffled as if someone put hand over my ear. stayed for about ten minutes. ironically already had mri which was normal. also had a dizzy test done as well as some blood work for other symptoms all normal but im worried ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. From what you described it may have been due to ear was that temporarily block the ear canal, If it recurs it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
