I had an mri done on my left knee yesterday and while i dont have the results, i got a disk with the images. im just wondering what the colors on an mri represent? there are a few bright white lines and black dots?

This is really too vague to give a specific response. The physician who ordered this test has the same discs and probably a description from the radiologist. You should call his/her office Monday and inquire about the result.
