What not eat: Right question wrong format. The question should be what to avoid.Avoid simple cabohydrates&animal fat consumption. So avoid white breads, white potatoes, white pasata, pastries etc stick with complex cabohydrates such as brown rice, whole wheat pasta, apples, etc. Avoid high glycemic index foods. Redmeat, especially high in fats are to be avoided as well as fried foods.Eat fish esp those w/omega-3.
