Past couple of days i have experienced greenish discharge with slight burn itch& swollen. can this be a yeast infection? discharge is heavy and thick.

Yes but needs eval: Green discharge is concerning for other types of vaginal infections. It is not unusual to have 2 infections simultaneously if you have a discharge of this manner. If you have unprotected sex then i would have you go in for pelvic exam. You can try an otc antifungal treatment. Would do at least 3 dys.
