Green discharge: A green bubbly discharge is usually a sign of Tricomonas vaginal infection not yeast. You are 17 weeks pregnant and your OB MD needs to re-evaluate the discharge with a wet prep/smear. You note that you have vaginal pain on occasion which is simply a more severe form of itching which is characteristic of Trichomonas. If present both you and your partner need Rx.
