Nonspecific: Unfortunately this is a fairly nonspecific question. Heart ache suggests chest pain, which, if persistent, needs to be evaluated by a physician. Depending on the diagnosis, the cause of the chest pain may also be causing your back ache. Sometimes the situation is reversed, with back pain causing radiation into the chest - again, evaluation with a physician will help to sort this out.
