Chest wall pain: If the "acute pains" are occurring with deep breathing, they may be what is called "pleuritic" origin: deep breathing after periods of shallow breathing ( by sitting with minimal muscle movement). If not related to breathing patterns, see your healthcare provider for more detailed explanation.
