Most Dr's think so: This seems to be a connection with little or no disagreement. Hyperventilation is just not a good thing for people to do for any extended time and the effects can be found throughout many systems. There are several ways you can train to breath properly - meditation, yoga, martial arts, relaxation training, etc. You'll be able to find a therapeutic path that fits your needs. Best!
