My doctor thinks our son might have cat-like cry. what is it?

Discription vs abn: A cat like cry can be used as a simple description of what one hears & related to small infants with oddly vibrating airways. I have also seen it used to describe the cry of babies with rare chromasome defect. You should probably verify how the term is being used by your doctor to avoid confusion.

Airway problem, 5p-: It could be an upper airway anomaly, perhaps a variation of normal. But chromosome 5p- syndrome has to be considered.
