i have a small lesion on my face. dermatologist mentioned it is a sunburn - not a precancerous mole. can it be cured by any ointment or pills?

Will heal on own : Keep it clean and moist using a gentle soap such as cetaphil and cover with petrolatum based ointment such aquaphor or bacitracin. Keep protected from sun. Do not excessively rub. Stop tobacco use. It should heal within 10 days.
