20 days ago i removed some moles on my face by co2 lasor, but still there's a chickenpox like scar, will it go away or it's permanent? before removing the mole i asked the dermatologist if after removing there will be scars she made sure it won't.?

It can take months to years before the appearance is at its final stage. During the interim be sure to use sunscreen or vitamin E ointment on the sites to reduce the chance of a sunburn in the healing layers of skin. A sunburn there will prolong skin tone differences. Like chickenpox, if the moles were superficial & involved only the top skin layers the spots should fade like chickenpox scars do.
