My kidney size decreased in 6.32.1 and both kidney have 5 and 4.5mm stone please advice me?

Kidney issue: What's your kidney function? If decreased, you will need to see nephrologist or urologist. The stones are not huge and if silent are ok to leave alone if there is only one in each kidney. Not sure why your kidneys have shrunk, though. That's why you need specialist's opinion.
