NO: I am a huge believer in the power of the mind and imagery but i can not imagine any mechanism by which imaginary exercise could lower bmi. The only way to lower bmi is to burn more calories than you ingest and doing imagery does not burn very many calories! while exercise lowers bmi, diet is more important. My favorite is this one: http://www.Drfuhrman.Com/library/what-is-a-nutritarian-diet.Aspx.
