Great to hear!: Very nice to hear you want to quit smoking! any exercise is great! eat lots of vegetables. You may crave all sorts of foods to replace the urge to smoke. That's okay. It will go away. The toughest time is the first few days but you'll have a tough time over 3 weeks. It will get better!
